a. Do you offer Free Shipping?

A: Yes we offer free shipping on orders above 599/-

b. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders usually arrive within 5-7 Business Days depending on where it is shipping to.

c. Is there an option to return a product?

A: Yes. You can return an item only if it is damaged. You can place the return request within 5 days after the order has been delivered. The order must be in its original form with all the tags attached to it and you must submit an unboxing video of the product damaged.

d. How do I contact S&W customer care?

e. Does your store ship Internationally?

A: Not yet. Currently we ship only in all over India.

f. Do you have exchange policy?

A: Yes we do have exchange policy. You can exchange the product within 5 days after the order has been delivered.

g. Is COD available in all cities?

A: At the moment, we offer COD service only in selected cities.

h. Is there any COD charge?

A: Yes there is a ₹99/- or 1.5% per order, whichever is higher COD charge.
